Project Overview

BrainDoc Academy is a finely engineered intuitive app that presents a robust system to meet the learning goals of diverse students. The landing pages open links to services such as Lessons, Launch Exam Platform, Results, My Purchases, and many others. A multitude of instructional tools are provided. You can browse the options, check their details, curriculum, teaching methods, and pricing plans, and register for your desired lessons.
The plans available are Basic, Premium, and Elite, and each plan has specific features, along with offering many free items. Students can register, create their profile, and add their financial details in the highly secure and safe system.

BrainDoc Academy adopts a radical approach to pedagogy that is generations ahead of other platforms. Teaching is a continuum of a diffusion process where the emphasis is on applied theory, demonstrated with hands-on didactics. The result is that students acquire and hone comprehension and critical thinking skills, enhance cognitive abilities, and learn to adapt the lessons in their lives. We believe that this is the truth and sublime essence of learning.

The ‘Grades Overview’ feature of BrainDoc Academy is one of the outstanding features. It is a self-evaluation tool that tracks students’ progress, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement. Students use the feature to review their academic progress and topic-vise grades. The live and interactive graph helps them to focus on key areas, seek help to understand the lessons, and redefine their learning objectives.

BrainDoc Academy has structured the tests to replicate the exam environments, thus preparing students for the certification exams. Students can appear for multiple subjects as per their schedule. Students can create exam plans, and learn time management skills, which is a confidence-building effort that simulates the conditions of real exams. Mock tests and preparatory exams have a different difficulty level that evaluates their comprehension and readiness, making them fit and confident to secure good grades.

BrainDoc Academy has many features for administrators and teachers. Administrators can manage student data, tests, and outcomes, identify popular lessons, and optimize students' learning experiences. With several automated processes to assist admins, they can use their time creatively to focus on teaching. This feature is appreciated for running and managing the operations effectively.

Challenges we had

The Problem

We reviewed available learning apps in the market for features, teaching and lesson delivery methods, and quality of interactions. They had several inherent limitations that were barriers to effective learning.

Lack of Interactive Learning Available apps used an obsolete model of lectures and texts. They did not have any features for hands-on learning and student interactions. Learning was mechanical, by rote, and students could not immerse themselves or comprehend complex subjects. This passive and top-down approach negatively impacted students’ interest in learning, lowered cognitive skills development, and short-term information retention.

Limited Performance Evaluation Students could not self-evaluate their development and performance. Traditional grading methods did have the tools needed to comprehensively monitor performance across multiple subjects and skills. It was difficult to identify the advantages, disadvantages, and areas for development.

Exam Preparation Challenges Perpetration for exams was fragmented since adequate and well-structured resources such as practice tests and exam simulations were not available. Students did not have access to real-life exam experience, and feedback to improve performance was lacking. These abysmal conditions led to increased stress, and apprehension, and exam results were unsatisfactory.

We created BrainDoc Academy to not only address the gaps in available applications but also build many innovative features. The upgraded version of the platform presented an enhanced learning stage for students that improved their learning experience.

Online demos and explanations are resented along with solutions to problems. We have found that students are actively engaged in learning, and proactively understand and comprehend difficult subjects. Their recall and application of the learnings are better.

Comprehensive Performance Evaluation The ‘Grades Overview’ function of BrainDoc Academy presents a complete narrative of students’ performance for all their registered classes. As a result, students can identify their strengths and areas for growth, enabling focused study and skilled development.

Effective Exam Preparation BrainDoc Academy has created a realistic environment for mock exams that mirrors actual exams and facilitates authentic experiences of taking exams. Students gain experience in time management, reducing stress, and enhancing confidence. They also have opportunities to improve their exam-taking techniques, obtain feedback, and perform better in exams.

Streamlined Administrative Processes BrainDoc Academy has several administrative platform management tools.
